About the role

• Front End Engineer focused on building and improving features for a financial management software at AccountsIQ. Collaborating in a fast-paced, product-led environment with a global engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Building new front-end features and improving existing functionality
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Contributing to shared ownership of the application’s architecture
• Working in an agile, distributed environment with on-site and remote colleagues
• Supporting and learning from other engineers, sharing knowledge
• Involvement across the full development lifecycle
• Reviewing code and participating in retrospectives

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience building modern front ends using technologies such as Vue.js (or React)
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with design systems or using design tokens is a bonus
• Solid understanding of HTTP and REST APIs and integration with backend services
• Experience or interest in component-driven development approaches
• Familiarity with interactive component tests, JavaScript unit tests, end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Playwright)
• Good understanding of browser fundamentals and platform features
• Interest in front-end performance and experience with browser developer tools
