- Analysis, validation, and registration/maintenance of companies in internal systems.
- Analysis, drafting, and registration of contracts and related documents in internal systems.
- Mapping, control, and administration of the contractual obligations workflow (deadlines and contractual obligations).
- Analysis and drafting of contract-related instruments (notices, penalties, terminations, and closures).
- Handling internal and external requests of medium complexity.
- Participation in the Change Management Committee (CGM).
- Participation in internal project leadership.
- Relationship management with clients and suppliers.
- Preparation of management reports.
- Legal document review.
- Drafting a variety of legal documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Postgraduate specialization in Contracts, Compliance, and/or Digital Law.
- Advantage: Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Desired technical knowledge: telecom (intermediate); project management (intermediate); process management (intermediate).
