About the role

  • Enterprise Solutions Director responsible for strategic sales and account management in Turkey's healthcare sector. Leading teams and ensuring customer loyalty through effective solutions and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling total solutions to enterprise hospital / lab accounts and/or strategic named prospect accounts in a specific region.
  • Own the strategic customer relationship focused on retention, penetration, and net new customer selling.
  • Lead acquisition team, enhancing performance using coaching and business insights.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and manage a team of specialists and account managers.
  • Align to and drive team to AREA strategic growth plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coach individuals in effective territory management and leverage business acumen for strategic decisions.
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers, demonstrating Abbott's value proposition and solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally in medical technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics and at least 10 years of total sales experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Working healthcare and diagnostics industry knowledge including changing market dynamics, key competitors, terminology, challenges, and potential government regulations.
  • Successful engagement with customers, specifically C-Level (including CEO).
