Responsibilities

- Support Strategy and Planning teams across Fidelity Technology to ensure data quality and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Maintain integrity of routines, structure, and coordination for executive routines and portfolio reviews.
- Optimize the portfolio management operating model to enhance scale and efficiency.
- Partner with leaders to align work, resources, and financial data, supporting prioritization and executive decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with progressive experience in Strategy & Planning and Portfolio Management
- Exceptional management, analytical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of how technology teams organize and deliver work.
- Hands-on experience working with large, enterprise portfolio datasets.
- Demonstrated exceptional capabilities in developing and delivering clear and compelling written communications.
- Flexibility to both lead and contribute to teams as an individual contributor.
- Validated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and articulate connections across separate, but related concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistent track record of collaborating to build consensus across multiple levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with strong performance orientation and a no surprise approach.
