Responsibilities
Responsible for sales targets within the territory, including forecasting, sales planning and target achievement
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue in existing and new accounts
Build, maintain and expand customer relationships — including executive-level contacts and key opinion leaders
Present innovative solutions to improve customer outcomes
Contract management, negotiations and strategic account development
Effective pricing and proposal preparation, taking market and competitor data into account
Participate in trade shows and congresses to network and monitor the market
Use and maintain the CRM database to ensure accurate analyses and forecasts
Identify and implement improvements in commercial processes
Requirements
University degree or bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, medicine or business, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred
Professional experience in a medical sales environment, ideally in medical devices or in vitro diagnostics
Extensive experience in contract management and contract negotiations
Experience using CRM databases
Proficiency with MS Office and working in virtual environments (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Willingness to travel approximately 60% within the assigned territory
Business-fluent German and English
