- Legal & IP Lead handling legal risks and contracts for 42dot’s SDV technology. Leading IP management and legal compliance in corporate settings.
Responsibilities
- 42dot의 기술/사업 프로젝트 관련 법률 리스크 분석 및 회사 업무 전반에 대한 법률적 이슈 대응
- 42dot의 IP 포트폴리오 구축 및 전략, 관리 등과 관련된 법적 검토
- 컴플라이언스 및 사내 법무 프로세스 체계 구축
- 각종 분쟁 등 소송 대응 지원
- 인사, 총무, 재무, 전략 등 관련 제반 법무 지원 및 관련 국/영문 계약서 작성 및 검토
- Oversee all legal matters pertaining to business strategy, management, preservation, and defense and provide legal advice to the business and its leaders to Identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Lead and manage 42dot’s IP portfolio, coordinating with outside counsel as appropriate.
- Advise on the legal implications of company policies and procedures.
- Report on legal activities, risks and litigation.
- Ensure all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with laws.
Requirements
- 13년 이상의 회사법, 투자/M&A, 공정거래, 개인정보, IP 등의 유관 업무 경력
- IT, 모빌리티/Automotive 산업/서비스에 대한 이해도
- 지식재산권 업무(IP침해 등 분쟁 대응, 라이선스 계약) 경험
- 한국 변호사 자격증 소지자
- More than 13 years of legal relevant experience in corporate law, IP, M&A, investment, fair trade, security privacy, etc.
- Experience in leading and managing of Intellectual Property.
- Thoughtful knowledge of IT, software, mobility and automotive industry.
- Korean Bar Certification.
