About the role
- Project Coordinator in the Legalization area at Construtora Tenda overseeing compliance with local regulations. Engaging and developing the project team to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the team in conducting critical analyses of projects under applicable legislation, ensuring that projects comply with current legal requirements in the municipalities of operation (regions BA, CE, PE and PB);
- Responsible for coordinating the development of legalization projects aimed at obtaining approval and licensing from the municipal authorities (City Hall);
- Share and ensure communication of projects developed during the legalization phase with other project areas (Technical Project and Conceptual Project) through interface meetings;
- Manage project demand: develop the planning for studies (projects) to address the priorities of each regional office in a structured and organized manner;
- People management: develop and evaluate the team according to the company culture, and engage, motivate, train and guide them to achieve the company's established goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism (completed);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and Word;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
