Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day activities of the Legal & Regulatory team by organizing materials, tracking outstanding items, and conducting follow-ups.
Conduct national and international research and benchmarking (market, practices, methodologies, and regulation), consolidating findings and recommendations.
Prepare presentations and executive materials (summaries, slides, and memos) for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives, including mapping, standardization, and documentation, with a focus on efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Monitor regulatory developments by tracking publications from agencies and entities such as ANEEL, CCEE, ONS, CVM, and BCB, among others.
Perform legal research, including doctrinal and jurisprudential reviews on regulation in the power and financial sectors.
Provide consultative support in drafting memoranda, legal opinions, and responses to internal queries.
Assist with document management by organizing the internal repository and helping control deadlines in administrative proceedings.
Support contract drafting and review.
Assist in the preparation of various corporate and regulatory documents.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Law degree program.
Advanced English (reading and writing).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Interest in energy markets, financial and capital markets, banking law, and regulatory matters.

Stipend: BRL 2,500.00
Work model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week; participation in team in-person rituals (currently quarterly), in-person meetings with stakeholders, and events
Meal allowance: BRL 43.68 per working day
Food allowance: BRL 832.00 per month
Transportation: Round-trip for in-office days with no payroll deduction
