About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre-trial through trial

- Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar
- At least three (3) years' experience in the defense of medical malpractice cases or practicing healthcare law
- Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication
