Responsibilities
- Process analysis & optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process management & standards: Apply methods (e.g., ITIL) to structure and standardize workflows.
- Requirements management: Capture, consolidate and implement client requirements.
- Workshop facilitation & stakeholder communication: Confident presence in meetings and workshops with subject-matter experts and leadership.
- Project ownership: Plan, manage and deliver process optimization projects.
- Change enablement & training: Support change initiatives through training and onboarding.
- Willingness to travel: Ready to work across Germany to support client teams on-site.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, IT or Engineering.
- 3–5 years' experience in process management, requirements analysis or transformation.
- Industry experience in the financial or banking sector is a strong plus.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform) desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent German and English skills (at least B2).
