Responsibilities
Operar un modelo de Continuous Discovery + Dual-Track, generando hipótesis y experimentos en paralelo al delivery.
Diseñar y evolucionar journeys omnicanal y service blueprints end-to-end (frontstage y backstage).
Diseñar soluciones considerando contextos regulados, confianza, trazabilidad, consentimiento y compliance.
Aplicar accesibilidad e inclusión (WCAG 2.2 AA) en flujos críticos.
Diseñar y escalar Design Systems modernos (tokens, variables, handoff con ingeniería).
Usar IA para acelerar síntesis de research, ideación, redacción UX y análisis de feedback.
Colaborar estrechamente con PM, Tech y stakeholders para priorizar iniciativas de alto impacto.
Requirements
Service Design y diseño de ecosistemas phygital.
Investigación continua y validación (tests moderados/no moderados, guerrilla, prototipos Hi-Fi).
Diseño basado en datos (NPS, CSAT, CES, conversión, abandono, deflection).
UX para entornos regulados y de riesgo (formularios, errores, fraude, claridad legal).
Design Systems con Figma (Variables, tokens semánticos, documentación).
Herramientas: Figma/FigJam, Maze o Useberry, deseable Dovetail/EnjoyHQ, GA4, Jira/Confluence.
