Responsibilities
Support the German-speaking seller team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
Research potential customers, market segments and competitors
Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, appointment scheduling, documentation
Help with small projects across Sales, Pre‑Sales and Engineering, e.g. providing input for solution ideas or technical translations
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Some experience or interest in sales, customer-facing roles or administrative/business tasks
Internships or part-time jobs in related fields are a plus
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
Resilience and energy: you stay calm and focused when things get busy and look for solutions rather than problems
Self-starter mentality: you enjoy taking initiative, can organize yourself well and keep track without close supervision
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active participation and initiative
Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
