About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain an overview of capacity in debt collection operations
- Organize work assignments for open receivables efficiently
- Execute skill management and intraday control
- Continuously analyze data to optimize the collections team and assignments
- Maintain oversight of collection-specific KPIs and discuss proactive measures
- Serve as a sparring partner for managers and stakeholders
- Provide strategic input for forecast planning
Requirements
- University degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of experience in workforce, intraday or performance management
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience working with Power BI
- SQL skills are desirable
- Very good German and English language skills (English at B2 level)
- Willingness to work 1–2 days per month at another EOS location within Germany
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with office presence of at least 2–3 days per week
