Responsibilities
- Preparing reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BigQuery
- Managing and improving the Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, including data layer configuration and tracking accuracy
- Developing and maintaining the analytical environment in GA4
- Collaborating with the UX team to design and implement analytics that deepen insights into user journeys
- Designing and visualizing data in Looker Studio dashboards
- Analyzing sales funnels and conducting A/B tests, translating insights into concrete actions that improve conversion and user engagement
- Recommending optimization actions for traffic acquisition and conversion rate
- Debugging tracking issues and ensuring the reliability of analytical tools
- Collaborating closely with business and other teams (marketing, sales, development) to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (**web analytics, data analysis, e-commerce**)
- Expert knowledge of **Google Analytics 4** configuration
- Strong experience with **Google Tag Manager (GTM)** — configuration, debugging, event tracking
- Solid command of **SQL** and experience with databases (**BigQuery** or other cloud environments such as **AWS** or **Azure**)
- Proven ability to analyze sales funnels and assess campaign performance
- Experience designing reports and dashboards (e.g. in **Looker Studio**)
- Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and proactive approach
- Fluent Polish and English (C1)
- **Availability to work from our Warsaw office 3 days per week**
