About the role
- Manager for ILG-Village Records Program at DaVita, overseeing information governance projects across multiple locations. Collaborating with teams to implement best practices and develop solutions for sensitive information management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of all corporate information governance and management (in conjunction with Records Managers)
- Assist in the identification of information governance best practices and management of solutions and related projects
- Partner in project management with IT related to information governance systems and processes and related projects, mainly M365 Governance
- Provide project management expertise and analysis for identified business units as needed (e.g. inventorying, identification and disposition records)
- Serve as information governance SME, assisting teams to develop and implement solutions
- Develop, implement and updated processes that protect, limit the use and storage of sensitive personal health information and personally identifiable information
- Partner with IT and other legal teams on the company’s AI efforts to develop and ascertain tools with a focus on information governance and records management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4-6 years of experience in Information Governance
- Healthcare experience preferred
