Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
Lead end-to-end UX design for product features, from research and concepting to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking practices to ideation, prototyping, and validation.
Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems.
Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand and style guidelines, and are inclusive and accessible.
Foster collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of design solutions.
Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
6–8 years of professional experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS products.
Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variables, prototyping, design systems).
Solid understanding and application of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking methodologies.
Experience designing enterprise-level workflows, dashboards, or admin tools.
