Territory Manager responsible for leading revenue within BD’s government healthcare accounts. Collaborating with various stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction across the healthcare markets.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, and key decision-makers in acute and non-acute settings.
Drive sales revenue to exceed prioritized targets within assigned accounts.
Apply data analytics to identify growth opportunities with current and new customers in GOVT PureWick.
Craft monthly, quarterly, and annual plans built to meet and exceed territory quota targets.
Develop and nurture strategic business relationships in key accounts and with influential urologists.
Develop and partner with local VA and VA SCI Spoke and hubs to drive urology portfolio sales.
Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested.
Visit Acute VA medical centers and LTACHs to educate on BD urology products and collaborate with KDMs for revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business or related field or 4 years of military experience required.
One to three years of sales experience, medical device preferred.
Government/Military experience preferred.
Salesforce.com experience preferred.
Ability to pass GOVT vendor credentialing/clearance.
Required to live within territory.
Travel (75% including overnight travel) within their assigned region.
