About the role
- Technical Project Manager leading diverse projects in power supply solutions and renewable applications. Overseeing time, cost, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and control of projects with respect to schedule, cost, quality and organization
- Technical assessment and coordination of interfaces between system components
- Support for development projects in the fields of battery energy storage and green hydrogen production
- Early involvement in customer orders to ensure accurate and tailored offer preparation
- Central point of contact during the implementation phase for customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Creation and monitoring of project planning and budget
- Procurement and outsourcing of project-related products and services in cooperation with Purchasing and Engineering
- Organization and leadership of project meetings as well as continuous monitoring of progress
- Ongoing project evaluation and reporting of results
- Initiation of measures to improve the variable margin and to ensure project outcomes
- Risk management and oversight of approval processes as well as project documentation
- Organization and partial execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Monitoring and control of contractual deviations regarding time, scope, quality and cost
- Support of the tender/offer phase by providing relevant information upon request
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional experience in a technical environment as well as in project management
- Basic knowledge of commercial and contract law
- Confident use of common computer applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Team spirit and a high willingness to cooperate
- Initiative, assertiveness and a solution-oriented working style
- Resilience and the ability to work efficiently and purposefully under time pressure
- Good German and English language skills
