Responsibilities

Requirements
Former law enforcement officer or public safety professional
3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or implementation
Strong technical acumen
Excellent communicator
Hands-on problem solver
Based in Phoenix, AZ, with a willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50%)
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
