About the role
- Technical Account Manager overseeing supplier integrations for travel tech company Stayforlong. Responsible for monitoring performance and ensuring technical efficiency in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical health of supplier integrations.
- Monitor availability accuracy, booking rules behavior, confirmation flows, and request efficiency.
- Perform regular technical audits of integrations, catalogs, and configurations.
- Review and analyze API logs and request/response flows to investigate incidents and validate supplier behavior.
- Act as the owner of the mapping process execution and efficiency with all supplier accounts.
- Identify recurring issues and propose technical or process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Supply and Engineering to implement and validate improvements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in technical account management or supplier integrations (travel industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and log analysis (XML / JSON).
- Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in Spanish and have a working knowledge of English.
