Own the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer
Build and refine key hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and data-driven candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies
Drive direct sourcing initiatives, building strong talent pipelines through active outreach and networking
Use data and insights to track performance, optimize pipelines, and guide hiring decisions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on engineering or data roles
Background in scaling startups or high-growth environments where speed and quality go hand in hand
Proven success in direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or other creative channels
Confidence in building strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English and German
