Requirements

You have proven knowledge and expertise in quickly sourcing and hiring top commercial talent across sales, marketing, operations, and business roles.
You have a track record of building and enhancing employer branding within the Egyptian commercial sector.
You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.
You have hands-on experience in executing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
You are proactive in engaging with potential candidates and maintaining a strong commercial talent pipeline.
You have experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment and can take initiative with minimal direction.
You are proficient in using cloud-based ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
