Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting services to clients
Contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components
Support the efforts of more experienced consultants
Play a key consultative role with external clients working with the key stakeholders and business regarding operations and integration
Ensure best practice adherence for core system setup, development, security, tuning and performance
Provide subject matter expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ITIL processes inside of ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
Configure Application UI and configure flow/orchestration automations
Facilitate and support development with testing phases
Submit daily hours for time tracking
Coordinate release planning and implementations
Maintain and continuously improve processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place for a reliable dev/test/prod environment
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
Requirements
Over 3 years working within the ServiceNow platform
Expertise with scripting, automation and ServiceNow APIs
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
Understanding of relational database management systems and queries
Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks
Familiarity of IT Service Management modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request)
Understanding of IT Operations Management modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
