Requirements
5+ years in strategy roles (consulting, investment banking, or similar)
Financial services experience is an asset
Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
Ability to identify trends and solve problems logically
Skilled at influencing senior leaders and gaining buy-in
Comfortable making recommendations and driving decisions
Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling skills
