About the role
- Solutions Architect managing S2P program for Coupa platform with vendor management processes. Collaborating with finance teams and leading architectural design in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for the Coupa Source to Pay platform and integrated applications
- Design scalable, efficient, and strategic solutions aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Master, and AP teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Lead technical investigations, document outcomes, and create technology roadmaps
- Partner with IT and DevOps teams to ensure solutions follow best practices and CI/CD principles
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Coupa implementation and optimization
Requirements
- At least 10 years in IT architecture or senior development roles
- 5+ years in solution architecture
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Source to Pay modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Payments)
- Experience successfully leading end-to-end integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience creating technology roadmaps and solution designs for large-scale programs
- Familiarity with tax platforms (Vertex, OneSource)
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps collaboration
- Prior experience mentoring architects or senior engineers
- Ability to work independently and lead technical direction
