Responsibilities
You take responsibility for concept development across our social channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & Snapchat) with a focus on short-form content that drives reach and performance.
You track, test, and optimize our organic content.
You build genuine relationships — through comments, DMs and Stories, with a dash of humor.
You collaborate with UGC creators, barbers & influencers who authentically represent our brand.

Requirements
You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in social media.
You hold a degree or vocational training in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
