Responsibilities
Create engaging, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Own organic social and collaborate with paid media teams on campaign creative
Work with videographers and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content
Appear on camera where appropriate to bring content to life
Act as a champion for social media internally, encouraging team participation and LinkedIn engagement
Identify opportunities to integrate social across wider marketing campaigns
Monitor performance and use insights to continuously optimise content and strategy
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and new features
Support community management and ensure consistent, on-brand engagement
Requirements
6+ years’ experience managing and creating social media content, with strong TikTok expertise
Highly creative, with a proven ability to develop engaging, social-first content ideas
Confident on camera, with experience presenting or interviewing (desirable)
Able to lead content creation and confidently direct colleagues, including senior stakeholders
Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Open to learning complex topics, with a willingness to develop within a B2B environment
