Requirements
ServiceNow certified administrator
· ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
· Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
· Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
· Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
· Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
· Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
· Strong documentation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
