Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
3–5 years of experience in employee/labor relations in the EMEA region
Strong knowledge of German labor law; familiarity with UK, Ireland, and Netherlands laws is a plus
Fluent in German and English
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management tools
