Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every candidate leaves impressed with Overjet, regardless of outcome.
Ensure operational excellence in Ashby (ATS) and across systems, hitting and improving key recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill under 60 days for technical roles).
Build expertise in AI and software talent markets, while staying ahead of emerging recruiting trends.
Continuously identify and drive process improvements that reflect ownership, velocity, and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting across both technical (engineering, data, product) and non-technical (sales, customer success, marketing) roles in a hyper-growth environment.
Demonstrated strength in critical thinking and root cause analysis, with the ability to turn insights into scalable solutions.
Track record of experimenting with AI tools and data to source, assess, and engage candidates—or curiosity and commitment to rapidly get there.
Exceptional relationship-building skills; trusted by candidates and business partners alike.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with modern recruiting tech stack (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, G Suite) or the ability to ramp on new tools with velocity.
