Responsibilities
Partner closely with internal leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of internal and client-facing technical, sales and operations positions
Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
Participate in client and stakeholder calls to gather requirements, provide market insights, and align on hiring priorities.
Maintain a strong and consistent LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engage talent communities, and promote open opportunities
Contribute to the development and optimization of recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall hiring outcomes
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring demands
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance, report progress, and recommend improvements
Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence within the recruiting landscape
Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all touchpoints
Requirements
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical roles
Proven ability to manage diverse requisitions simultaneously across multiple business units
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships
Experience recruiting for both internal corporate roles and client-based positions
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
