About the role
- Coordinate recruitment projects while providing administrative support for staffing solutions in healthcare. Ensure candidate databases are accurate and assist recruiters across teams with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the coordination of recruitment projects and related services.
- Maintain candidate databases ensuring data accuracy.
- Review and update applicant profiles; create master profiles.
- Call candidate references and prepare reference forms.
- Assist with the preparation of pay packages and employment contracts.
- Process online license verifications.
- Uploading documents into the ATS.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide support across teams, assisting designated recruiters or groups as needed.
- Assist with the completion of special/ad hoc projects, as assigned.
- Prepare and submit candidates.
- Participate in the training of new employees and review of outputs, as assigned.
Requirements
- One year of related experience or college degree.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
- Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
- Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
- Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.
- Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.
