About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integrated design process through to construction implementation in the HVAC & plumbing (HKLS) discipline.
- You provide technical leadership to your team and represent the company’s interests externally.
- You plan within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- You represent the company to clients, authorities and partner firms.
- You carry cost- and results-responsibility for the management of your projects.
- You work closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers and construction/site supervision (ÖBA/OÜ).
- You actively implement the company’s Green Deal — planning carbon-neutral solutions with the goal of creating sustainable buildings.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL) or a university degree in building and energy engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in the design, coordination and delivery of large-scale projects — ideally with experience in data centers or healthcare projects.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Passion for sustainability and carbon-neutral planning.
- Strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
