Responsibilities
Manage, optimize and develop our workplace environments.
Design, organize, optimize and adapt spaces according to needs (offices, meeting rooms, collaborative areas, etc.).
Ensure employees' well-being and safety.
Lead relocations, fit-outs and site maintenance.
Contribute to CSR initiatives and quality of work life (QWL).
Coordinate with the People team to organize events that promote conviviality, collaboration and a sense of belonging.
Manage and coordinate service providers (reception, maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.).
Oversee the proper operation of the Alpha gym.
Ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service quality.
Manage the site budget and related contracts.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in workplace, facilities or office management roles.
Experience managing fit-out or site transformation projects.
Recognized for a service-oriented mindset, rigor, ability to structure work and engage teams.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and advance cross-functional projects.
Efficient, detail-oriented and focused on the user experience.
Curious, aware of new practices and proactive in proposing improvements.
