About the role
- Project Manager overseeing construction projects from start to finish for key clients. Collaborating with teams and ensuring project delivery in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- You independently lead and manage demanding building construction projects in the sectors of office, hotel, residential, logistics and industrial
- You act as the primary client contact and, through strong teamwork and communication skills, build a trusted relationship with the client team and other project stakeholders
- In addition to your management responsibilities, you support projects in areas such as Technical Due Diligence, project monitoring and construction controlling
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a technical degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Construction Project Management
- In addition to at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, you have gained in-depth experience in project controlling
- Preparing project cost estimates and developing schedules for project, planning and construction workflows come easily to you
- You work with precision and bring a high degree of initiative and a strong quality mindset
- Your knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV is very good, as is your proficiency with MS Office 365 and MS Project
- You are characterized by empathy, persuasiveness, assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
- You enjoy organizing and developing goal-oriented approaches
