Responsibilities
You will join a structured team of 45 specialists dedicated to management control
You will work within the financial and operational departments of our clients
You will operate across various sectors (industrial, retail, energy, media…)
Participation in month-end/period-end closings and the budgeting process
Design of new management reporting and analytical redesign
Structuring the Management Control function
As a Manager, you will also play an active role in the development of the department
Supervising and leading teams
Participation in commercial activities
Participation in the recruitment process
Contribution to strengthening training programs
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
You have managerial experience and a minimum of 6 years in management control roles
A true business partner, you act as the information relay between different stakeholders
Your analytical and synthesis skills, together with your rigor, make you the guarantor of financial information
Solid foundations in general and managerial (analytical) accounting
Knowledge of an ERP, a consolidation tool and BI tools is a prerequisite for this role
Operational business-level English
You enjoy challenges and can adapt to all types of environments
