- Knowledge and application of FAA Advisory Circulars for airport design and construction including runways, taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, grading/drainage, and pavement markings
- Development of contract specifications and bid estimates
- Coordination of engineering design staff and other disciplines to meet objectives
- Accurate daily time keeping
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 12+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- P.E. preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of general office equipment, MS Office, Faarfield and Civil 3D & AutoCAD
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars
- International Civil Air Organization (ICAO) Standards
- Airfield Runways, Taxiways, and Aprons - Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, New Construction
- Airfield Civil Experience HMA and PCC
- Pavement Design, Geometric Design, Grading, Drainage, Construction Safety Phasing, Engineer Design Reports, Technical Specifications
