Responsibilities
Responsibility for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary – a role with regional impact in European direct sales
Strategic positioning: You develop effective market strategies for both established and innovative products — economically, communicatively and therapeutically.
Translator of the vision: You adapt global concepts into locally relevant initiatives and thereby play a decisive role in market success in Germany.
Substantive storytelling: Whether digital campaigns, medical‑scientific communication or Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement — you craft the message that resonates.
Driver of growth: You identify market opportunities, derive strategic initiatives and create new revenue potential.
High‑impact interface: In close collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and the international headquarters you ensure holistic market intelligence and targeted implementation.
Customer‑centric focus: You understand not only the market but also the needs of healthcare professionals and patients — and design marketing with the benefit in mind.
Science meets the market: You support medical events, symposia and trainings — not as a logistician, but as an ambassador of an evidence‑based product strategy.
Requirements
A degree in natural sciences or business administration, ideally with a pharmaceutical sales representative qualification or a PhD
Several years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing / product management in the Rx (prescription) area — ideally with products under strong competition and without a clear USP
Strategic thinking and commercial awareness combined with a hands‑on mentality
Experience working with field teams and in product launches desirable
Very good German and English skills
Enjoy working in cross‑functional roles and willingness to be on site 2–3 days per week in the Frankfurt area
