Responsibilities
Own design for key product areas — from concept to launch — with a focus on mobile-first experiences
Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points
Translate insights into elegant, practical design solutions that balance user empathy with business goals
Partner with PMs and engineers to explore ideas, validate solutions, and iterate quickly
Design and prototype flows that make complex financial products clear, transparent, and easy to use
Contribute to our design system and help scale consistent patterns across the app
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with quality and care
Advocate for the voice of the user and bring empathy and clarity to every design decision
Requirements
Deep Product Design experience, ideally with a focus on designing mobile consumer applications.
Strong UX and interaction design foundation — you think in flows and systems, not just screens.
Experience conducting user research — usability testing, interviews, and feedback synthesis.
Proficiency in Figma and design tooling (e.g., Adobe suite).
Collaborative mindset — comfortable working with engineers, PMs, and other cross-functional partners
Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and influence through storytelling
Passionate about creating inclusive, locally relevant experiences for Filipino users
Fluent in Tagalog and English
