About the role
- Analista de Produtos SR leading strategic projects in car rentals for Localiza&Co. Collaborating across teams and reporting to senior leadership while ensuring effective communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Car Rental projects, driving high-impact initiatives with meaningful and sustainable deliveries and maintaining frequent exposure to senior leadership.
- Monitor and analyze project initiatives and performance indicators, identifying opportunities and risks and proposing corrective and improvement actions.
- Work directly within an international commercial partnership, responsible for creating, tracking, and reporting commercial plans, and ensuring fluent English communication with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate naturally in multicultural environments.
- Analytical mindset, able to turn data into strategic decisions.
- Proactive and autonomous, able to operate in high-complexity and fast-changing environments.
- Experience in project management and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI proficiency is desirable.
- Ability to influence and support commercial teams, with a focus on performance and results.
