Requirements
6+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
Strong background in the fintech or banking industry, with a deep understanding of Financial Services products
Must have cards background
Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
