About the role
- Senior Marketing Growth Manager leading CRM and customer retention strategies in the travel industry. Collaborating on multichannel campaigns and optimizing customer journeys with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the multichannel CRM strategy focused on customer engagement, retention and reactivation.
- Design, test and optimize coupon and promotional initiatives, ensuring profitability and positive ROI.
- Analyze and interpret customer behavior and profile data to guide segmentations, triggers and personalized journeys.
- Map, structure and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve the experience.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to enhance paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Affiliates, Display, App).
- Define KPIs, build dashboards and conduct performance analyses, proposing data-driven action plans.
- Lead A/B tests and growth experiments, validating hypotheses and scaling learnings.
- Work collaboratively with Product, BI and Branding to ensure communication consistency and impact on business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Insider, Salesforce, Braze, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and journey personalization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience in A/B testing, customer segmentation and funnel optimization.
- Ability to read and analyze data for decision-making.
- 5+ years in Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing or related areas.
- Experience in digital companies, e-commerce, travel, fintech or marketplaces is a plus.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Intermediate English and Spanish are desirable.
