Requirements
- Familiarity with reading architectural plans and construction documents
- Knowledge of security, HVAC, building and ADA codes, as well as furniture systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, supervisory, project planning, financial and negotiation skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions exercising independent judgment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time
- Minimum AA Degree
- Certifications: Certified Property Management Certificate; Certified Facility Management Certificate preferred
