Responsibilities
Support the monitoring and analysis of legal and administrative metrics, ensuring up-to-date information for management;
Prepare reports and management dashboards to track department performance;
Automate tasks and internal workflows using corporate tools and process management platforms;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to optimize legal processes;
Organize information, documents, and databases to ensure standardization and traceability;
Collaborate with teams such as Data, Finance, IT, and Processes in squads and multidisciplinary projects, applying agile methodologies to deliver improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Process Management, Business Intelligence, Business Technology, or Corporate Law is desirable.
Experience with Power BI, intermediate Excel, and Bizagi;
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies;
Live in or have easy access to the São Paulo office (near Trianon-Masp Metro Station);
Previous experience in metrics monitoring, performance management, and participation in automation improvement processes and agile methodologies is required.
