Responsibilities

Requirements
- German “Volljurist” with at least “befriedigend” grades in both First and Second State Examinations.
- Expertise in commercial law and contract negotiation, ideally in a tech-driven business.
- Experience handling multiple topics at a time and navigating cross-functional projects.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation.
- (Basic) knowledge in Corporate Law and/or Data Protection Law
