Responsibilities

• Management of civil, criminal and collection case portfolios, with both advisory and litigation activities;
• Coordination of external law firms, including definition of litigation strategies, review of pleadings, deadline monitoring, cost and fee control, and performance management;
• Strategic work on high-volume collection portfolios;
• Definition of debt recovery strategies, supporting negotiations and settlement agreements;
• Drafting legal opinions and conducting risk analyses;
• Review and validation of legal contingencies, including risk classification and valuation;
• Preparation and presentation of legal KPIs, management reports and dashboards;
• Preventive legal support to internal departments;
• Deadline control and support for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law;
• Active bar registration (OAB);
• Previous experience as a Mid-level Attorney;
• Strong knowledge of Civil Law, particularly in collection actions;
• Experience in Criminal Law (advisory and litigation) is a plus;
• Experience managing external law firms;
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and email correspondence;
• Familiarity with contingency management and legal indicators;
• Good communication, organization and prioritization skills;
• Analytical and strategic profile;
• Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Negotiation skills;
• Business acumen and results orientation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
