Responsibilities
- support the day to day legal coverage of Americas Equities Team

- providing advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters
- directing on the drafting and negotiation of complex transaction agreements
- participating in regulatory initiatives and special projects
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of US equity derivatives regulation and market practice
- Experience negotiating derivatives and other transactional documentation
- Experience reviewing and analyzing legal opinions relating to equities derivative activities
- Bar license in good standing to practice law
