Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and prepare opinions on labor rights, obligations, and applicable labor legislation.
  • Represent clients in labor claims (plaintiff and defense) at all levels of the Labor Court system.
  • Participate in hearings and deliver oral arguments.
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings (Ministry of Labor, Public Labor Prosecutor's Office).
  • Negotiate and mediate judicial and extrajudicial settlements.
  • Conduct compliance audits regarding labor legislation and risk prevention.
  • Draft employment contracts, amendments, and internal policies.
  • Provide labor law training for teams and managers.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law (CLT), súmulas, OJs, and relevant case law.
  • Experience in judicial and administrative litigation in labor law.
  • Skill in drafting court pleadings, legal opinions, and contracts.
  • Ability to negotiate and mediate conflicts.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills for courtroom advocacy.
  • Organized with attention to detail for case and deadline management.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
