About the role
- Junior Lawyer responsible for legal case management, document preparation, and client representation at Eckermann & Santos law firm.
Responsibilities
- Conducting hearings;
- Drafting defenses, appeals, and pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up;
- Updating internal and client systems;

Requirements
- Law degree (Bachelor of Laws) completed;
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Experience in all phases of legal proceedings;
