Provide advanced IT support as a Tier 3 Senior IT Service Desk Engineer at DJH. Collaborate with the IT team and optimize M365 technologies.
Responsibilities
As a** Tier 3 Senior IT Service Desk Engineer, **you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced IT team to provide advanced technical support and play a key role in optimising our IT environment. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
Provide guidance and support the members within the team that work in Tier 1/Tier 2.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and security policies.
Optimise end-user productivity and security through effective use of M365 technologies.
Support and maintain Azure AD, conditional access, and role-based access policies.
Assist with the delivery of Azure solutions under the guidance of Head of IT.
Monitor Azure resources, ensuring availability, performance and security.
Provide advanced support across hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
Implement security and compliance standards set by the Head of Information Security and CTO.
Ensure devices and services remained patched, compliant, and secure.
Work closely with the Head of IT on project delivery and system improvements.
Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base, and training materials.
Requirements
Have previous experience in a Tier 3 IT Support or Senior IT Support Engineer Role.
Have a strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Azure AD, conditional access, and role-based access control, Intune device and application management.
Be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software and network systems.
Have a strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and standards.
Be tech-savvy, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines in demanding environments.

Be willing to travel to our offices throughout the UK as and when required.
